CHANGE CONDITIONS

Under what conditions does the change occur?

Custom designs you receive from our company (name All products except for models with written text are exchangeable. If the reason for the exchange is an error in the product, the shipping costs for the exchanges are our responsibility. If the exchange is to be made for a different reason, the shipping costs will be your responsibility. In order for an exchange to be made, your purchase must meet the following conditions.

- You must send the product to us with its invoice within a week from the delivery date.

- You must not cause any damage to the product.

- You must send the product with all its accessories.

- You must fill out the exchange form.

* If there is any production error in models with names, this will be compensated, but returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

RETURN CONDITIONS

How many days is the return period?

In general, you can return the products you purchased without damaging, using and impairing the resalability of the product within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, stating the reason.

What are the return conditions?

You can find the items that must be complete in the products you send to return below. If any of these are missing, the product return will not be accepted.

• Return form, 
• Products to be returned within 7 days must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with their box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any.

revitaltrax.com.tr products sent for return are examined and the return is accepted after it is determined that the product is undamaged, unused and complete. If the product is used, the accessories and auxiliary products within the scope of delivery and the packaging are missing, the return is not accepted.

The time period for the return amount to be reflected in your account after your return is accepted is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to credit cards are reflected in the account within 1 - 3 weeks at the latest, and payments made by money transfer are reflected in the account within 1 week at the latest.

How do I return it?

Before sending the product to us, you must inform us of your return request by filling out the product return form on this page. After our technical department sends you the shipping approval regarding the return, please fill out the return form and send the product to us with MNG Cargo, Sürat Cargo or Yurtiçi Cargo. The approval information will be notified to you by phone or e-mail. Cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted. If the products sent to our technical service are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us.
