Payment Options

Credit Card

You can shop with all Mastercard and Visa credit cards at revitaltrax.com.tr.

Payment at the Door

You also have the option to pay at the time of delivery for orders you place from revitaltrax.com.tr. You can pay at the door for your purchases with credit card and cash. The cargo company charges a +7 TL collection fee for payments at the door.

Bank Transfer / EFT

In purchases you make with bank transfer, the beginning of the delivery period is not the time you place the order, but the time the order amount is transferred to our accounts by bank transfer.

Bank transfer orders that are not transferred to the account within 5 business days are considered invalid.

In purchases made with bank transfer or EFT, the receipt must be sent to us by e-mail or fax.

Credit Card Provision Failures

Your credit card may not be approved during your order for various reasons:

The main reasons include;

1. Insufficient available credit card limit,

2. You entered the card number incorrectly,

3. Your card's expiration date has passed,

4. If the card you are using is a supplementary card, it has been canceled by the main card holder,

5. Temporary connection problems are experienced during the approval process,

6. You are trying to reuse a card that you have reported lost,

7. The card you are trying to use is not a credit card but an ATM card.

You need to contact the bank you received the card from to get help with your credit card approval problems.

You do not have to re-enter the identity information, delivery addresses, contact numbers, etc. requested from you for the delivery of a product you purchase. This information, which you provide once when you become a member, is automatically included in every purchase you make. You can also update this information whenever you want. Automatic display of this information in every purchase saves you time and provides convenience.

All information regarding the products purchased and payments are recorded here to be evaluated collectively at the payment stage. ORDER & DELIVERY CONDITIONS

When will my order reach me?

The cargo delivery time may vary depending on the product. Factors such as the preparation of some of our specially designed products and the adjustment of ring sizes affect the cargo time.

Products Out of Stock

In the orders you place, there may be delays due to products that are out of stock for any reason, even though we have stated that they are in stock. In such cases, you will definitely be contacted and informed via your contact phone numbers or e-mail. Please fill in your personal information completely so that we can reach you. You will be notified of any possible delays regarding delivery and your order will be approved if you accept it. If you do not accept the delay, the entire amount of the purchased product will be refunded to your account.

Are the order details up to date?

The grams and other information specified in our products are determined on average. Our sales are made in accordance with this information.

There may be a deviation of 3 or 7 grams "+" Plus or "-" Minus in the grams, in such cases our company cannot be held responsible for missing and/or extra grams.

Address Information

In order for your order to reach you as quickly as possible, please write your address information as clearly as possible.

Incorrect / Incomplete Orders

…. Open the package you receive from the cargo in the presence of the cargo officer and check your order. If you see any errors or deficiencies, contact us immediately. Report opened or damaged cargoes to the cargo officer and contact us immediately.

Shipping Fee

In all purchases made from our website, shipping is determined as paid or free according to the product purchased. However, if you want cash on delivery service, this service is charged +10 TL.

International Delivery

International delivery can be made from revitaltrax.com.tr. International shipping is charged at +70 TL. For painting orders, the shipping fee is +140 TL. This amount is added to international shipping. You must add the international shipping fee to your cart along with your product.

Delivery to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus

We deliver to TRNC. This shipment is subject to international delivery terms.
